Paris France Eco Fashion Sustainable Ethical
In 2002, my mother, Ann Leroux, and I came up with the idea of using fashion to change the way business was being done on the global marketplace. Inspired by the “Trade, Not Aid” slogan adopted by developing countries, we decided to build a fashion house that embodied Fair Trade practices from the ground up. We would pay a fair price for raw materials and for the processing and manufacture of clothing that met international standards of fashion and quality. We would transmit skills and business know-how to our working partners in developing countries and contribute to local communities. And the garments would be created from organic materials cultivated without harm to the environment or the health of its inhabitants.
Behind each beautiful style is a model of eco and social responsibility that encompasses a whole range of business, trade, ecological, and environmental practices. As pioneers of a new economic system, Ethos Paris believes that we can bring about the change needed, by producing stylish, green, fashion-forward apparel, while raising consumer awareness and setting an example of sustainability.
Ethos will be presenting the new Spring/Summer 2014 collection. Sparkling and exotic, with a sweet innocent sexiness...and of course everything organic and Fair Trade.
